SBY Academy has served over 100+ Corporates and SMEs, impacting over 100,000 individuals, using experiential training workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions, conducted by top-of-the-class trainers and coaches with CSAT(customer satisfaction) score of 4.85 on a scale of 5, till date.

She was also honored with Mumbai Woman Leadership Award 2021 by World Woman Leadership Congress. Yukti is ATL Mentor of Change' with Atal Innovation Mission; and mentors many Incubators supported by EWIT(Empowering Women in IT/ITES Industry), 100x.vc, IIM Lucknow, BITS Mesra, VNIT Chennai, IIIT Allahabad, etc. She sits in the Executive Committee of ASSOCHAM (Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India) and is an advisor and honorary member of Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, that works towards social development of our Youth. She has also served CFBP (Council for Fair Business Practices) as an Executive Committee member.

Yukti is a Reiki Master and leverages her practice of energy transformation as a healing & learning technique for our clients.

Yukti has also co-authored an Amazon best-seller book called From Gloom to Bloom, that showcases 12 inspiring stories of women leaders from across the globe. Inspired by her life, Rinku Paul and Puja Singhal have included her life journey in their authored book called Dare To Be, that features 14 fearless women entrepreneurs of the country. Yukti is blessed as a proud mother of her 11-year-old twins – Ayesha and Aryan. Her love for kids has been the motivation behind the passion with which she serves Angle Xpress Foundation – a platform dedicated towards grooming the underprivileged children as Leaders.
