Being a victim of poor leadership in my corporate stint inspired me to create a method that should be easy to be adopted by any ambitious individual who might not be doing what they love in life, but can surely love what they do.

A decade of experience with MNCs like Citi and Barclays in various leadership positions has given Yukti a practical perspective of the critical skills required to succeed in corporate life, and with an unmatched passion to share her wealth of knowledge and experience she founded the SBY Academy.
Yukti has been felicitated with Mumbai Woman Leadership Award 2021 by World Woman Leadership Congress. She is also recognized as among the Top 10 Most Dynamic Entrepreneurs 2021-22 by India Today, ANI News and Business Standard, Top 10 Women Startup CEOs 2020 by a prestigious business publication called CEO Insights, and has been awarded with National Woman Excellence Award 2018 extended by Indo European Chamber of Small and Medium Enterprises.
She is a mentor for many incubators supported by IIM Lucknow, BITS Mesra, IIIT Allahabad and other institutes. She is also an advisor and honorary member of the Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports that works towards the social development of youth.
